In this joint venture, you--the author--are responsible for the content of the electronic version of your report. The Library is responsible for the posting and linking on the PSFC web pages. PROOF READING ELECTRONIC VERSIONS After we convert your files, we will notify you of the web address (before it is "published" on the web pages) and ask you to check all electronic versions of your report to make sure that everything is correct. Format or conversion problems can be corrected at this time.
HYPERLINKS ACTIVATED
After you confirm that the files are correct, we will make the hyperlinks active. You will be able to then give colleagues the web address instead of mailing or faxing paper copies.
SUBMIT ONLY FINAL DRAFTS OF JA REPORTS
We are posting JA documents as preprints. As such, we understand that changes or revisions may occur as they are prepared for journal publication. The purpose of the Preprint Web Site is to provide rapid/early dissemination of reports, prior to actual publication. It is best that authors wait until their final draft is completed before submitting reports to the Library, to avoid confusion of drafts and the need to repeat the entire report publishing process for each draft.
